Carlos Chan Ka Lok earlier while working on his film TO THE FORE (POR FUNG) had an accident and was hospitalized. After surgery he returned to Hong Kong to continue his treatment last night. Emperor also arranged for a special vehicle for his airport pick up and prepared a stretcher to send him to the hospital for treatment immediately. He said that after surgery he has had a fever, so he was rather tired.
He will first get a X-ray and examine the operation wound recovery progress. The nurses will wash his wound for him. The doctor pointed out that he will need six months to completely recover, so many jobs had to be scheduled anew. He said aside from the pain at wound other muscles had strains and bruises; director Dante Lam Chiu Yin has been great. He tried all he could for him to return to the team as soon as possible. As for the scar on his shoulder, he knew that the wound was large. However now he hoped to recover 100% mobility the most. He pointed out that he could walk on his own, but he could not raise his left arm.
