The film COOK UP A STORM (KUET JIN SIK SUN) will be released on February 10th for Valentine's Day. Yesterday a premiere press conference was held in Beijing. Lead actor Nicholas Tse Ting Fung led the cast. Despite his arm tendon infection, Ting Fung ignored his doctor's advice and cooked Tang Yuan for Albert Yeung Sau Sing and Ge You. Theme song performer Kenny Bee (Chung Chun To) again played THE CHINESE FEAST (GUM YUK MOON TONG)'s Master Liu in a video. Although Twins were not in the film, they made a special appearance to support Ting Fung.
The Mani Fok Man Hei executive produced and produced, Raymond Yip Wai Man directed, Manfred Wong (Man Jun) produced and written, Tse Ting Fung, Jung Yong-Hwa, Tiffany Tang Yan, Bai Bing, Du Haitao, Jim Chim Shui Man, Michelle Wai Sze Nga starred, Ge You guest starred new film COOK UP A STORM yesterday held a premiere press conference at the capital.
The venue was decorated like the "Seven Kee" street stall. Mani said. "The story took place in the South, but its humanity and old neighborhood memories were common in the North and the South." Ge You this time played "Hong Qi" in the film. He described his relationship with Tse Ting Fung as "master and disciple, closer than father and son. They are also friends."
Ting Fung recently suffered arm tendon infection from constantly holding a spatula. The doctor advised him not to cook for now, but Ting Fung yesterday still insisted on demonstrating his cooking. He personally made Tang Yuan for Yeung Sau Sing and Ge You to try. Ge You after the tasting quoted the film. "The food passes. Not only would the tip of the tongue be able to taste the flavor, the heart would also be able to sense the food's warmth and love."
One of the lead actresses Bai Bing revealed that she and Jung Yong-Hwa shared an on screen romance. "My relationship with Jung Yong-Hwa in the film would be closely connected to cuisine."
The earlier released film theme song LONG ROAD OF LIFE was performed by two generation of cooking gods Tse Ting Fung and Chung Chun To, thus bringing back memory for a generation. For the press conference Chung Chun To made a video and again played THE CHINESE FEAST's "cooking god" Master Liu as he presented Ting Fung with the "cooking god cookbook", officially handing off the baton and passing the torch between the two generations of "cooking gods". Ting Fung lamented that this collaboration was like a connection between over 20 years and admitted that he related to the master and disciple, father and son relationships in the film.
LUNAR NEW YEAR DINNER performers Twins also made a surprise appearance and wished for Ting Fung's COOK UP A STORM to be a big box office hit. Ting Fung gave them a molecular gastronomy dish that appeared in the film "growing salad". When water was poured into a pot, various salad vegetables would appear out of the dirt (made from cocoa powder).
