The 37th Hong Kong Film Award Best New Director nominee Jonathan Li Tsz Chun, and SONS OF THE NEON NIGHTS (FUNG LAM FOR SHAN) screenwriter Chow Man Yu would direct. Soi Cheang Pou Soi would produce.
