Huang Xiaoming and Zhou Xun after working together on the film THE MESSAGE 3 years ago reunite in the Pang Ho Cheung directed romantic comedy EVERYONE LOVES TENDER WOMAN (SA GIU NUI YUN JUI HO MING). Pang Ho Cheung after experiencing the Hong Kong authentic romance LOVE IN A PUFF (JI MING YU CHUN GIU) and the half Chinese half Hong Kong LOVE IN THE BUFF (CHUN GIU YU JI MING) will add in Taiwan story line into EVERYONE. Pang Ho Cheung said that the inspiration came from 3 years ago at the airport when he saw a woman with a Taiwan best selling book by writer Loverman, a "love tool book" about how to be a real woman who is fun loving and tender.
Pang Ho Cheung and Zhou Xun knew each other from the short film that he produced in 2010, DEVIL NAIL CLIPPERS. At the time Pang Ho Cheung already hoped that Zhou Xun would star. Last year after working with Huang Xiaoming on LOVE IN THE BUFF, he confirmed that Huang Xiaoming was the best choice for the film's Prince Charming. Luckily after reading the script both agreed to perform; others actors included Taiwan model Sonia Sui and Hsieh Yi-Lin.
