Actresses Chrissie Chau Sau Na, Louise Wong Dan Nei, Harriet Yeung Sze Man (Shrimp Head) and others earlier have received Muay Thai training for the movie HIT N' FUN (LUM SI KUET DAU). Wong Dan Nei bluntly said that her physical fitness has improved significantly. "I can't believe that for a funny New Year movie, the boxing turns to be so serious. I have learned a few moves little from the stunt coordinator masters before, but this time I found that Muay Thai is very different from what I learned before. I have to learn many steps over again, but I feel that I pick them up quickly. "
With experience in Kick Boxing, Chau Sau Na had her first contact with Muay Thai his time. She said, "After practicing Muay Thai, I found that it is very different from Kick Boxing. I am also stressed. I spent a month training in advance and went to watch Muay Thai competitions. Because I would play the role of a boxing champion, my stance and presence have to be convincing." She revealed that aside cramping up from all the practicing, she even had bruises on her legs. "I kicked the sandbags until my legs were bruised, cramped up from the training. Maybe because I was nervous, when I hit people I would use a lot o force; and when I'm blocking I was nervous too. I have to train my lower body before starting work. Actually I want to play Shrimp Head's role, haha!" Shrimp Head responded: “Actually I would be OK with that, but other people wouldn't be!"
