Chrissie Chau Sau Na recently is working on a film in Qingdao. Originally yesterday afternoon she was to return to Hong Kong to attend a film forum, but two nights ago she was hospitalized for gastritis. Yesterday afternoon Chau Sau Na posted a photo online. "I succumbed to illness. I will properly take my medicine, you go away soon!" Her manager Roy said that Chau Sau Na two days ago before work suddenly fainted and had stomach problems. She was immediately rushed to the hospital. Roy said, "The film is rushing to wrap, Chau Sau Na has been working for 18 hours for 3 days straight."
Susan Shaw Yam Yam attended the forum. Speaking of her Golden Horse Award Best Supporting Actress nomination, she said that due to her play she had a scheduling conflict and would not be able to attend the award presentation. However she was confident. "I have never thought that Taiwan would recognize a filmmaker like me, later when I go I will bring this nomination list to be cremated together."
Chin Siu Ho said that the film RIGOR MORTIS (GEUNG SI) will hold its Taiwan premiere on November 8, the anniversary of Lam Ching Ying and Ricky Hui Koon Ying's deaths. He pointed out that director Juno Mak Chun Lung was very thoughtful, saluting the two elders in the end credits. He also felt bad for his co-star Nina Paw Hee Ching for not receiving a Golden Horse Award nomination as he felt that she was a god class actress.
