The film BODIES AT REST (CHUM MUK DIK JING YUN)'s cast included Nick Cheung Ka Fai, Richie Jen (Yam Yin Chai), Ron Ng Cheuk Hei, Roger Kwok Chun On and Sonija Kwok Sin Nei. In the film Ng Cheuk Hei guest starred as a cop.
Ng Cheuk Hei in the film was on patrol with Mainland actor Ming Peng. They responded a call from help from the morgue and ran into the Siu Chai led gang of robbers in forensic scientist disguises. Ng Cheuk Hei realized something was wrong and in the end began a ferocious fight with Siu Chai. This scene was also a major climax in the film as the audience sensed the tension that would leave them breathless. Siu Chai said, "The shoot took place in the cold, and all the action scenes left me in pain. Perhaps due to the climate my muscles tensed up. When I made this action scene I suffered muscle tears, but after resting awhile I am fine now." Siu Chai also said that his co-star Carlos Chan Ka Lok gave a wild and crazy performance that kept people in the dark about what he was thinking; although Ng Cheuk Hei was only a guest star, he still had to fight from the beginning to the end.
