Louis Koo Tin Lok, DaDa Chan Jing starred in the new film Z STORM (Z FUNG BO). Last Thursday when it opened in Hong Kong it immediately became the single day box office champion. As of yesterday it made 5 million at the box office. Boss Raymond Wong Pak Ming last night celebrated with the cast. Goo Jai is working on the Ringo Lam Lan Tung directed new film BO JAU MAI SING. In it his stunt double was in critical condition after a car crash stunt. Goo Jai who just returned from the Mainland said that the double has already left the intensive care unit, but in the future he will still long term therapy and rest. He said, "That scene had to be taken in one take straight, not only did it involved running into the street and getting run over by a car, it also had a bridge and a boat jump. (Are you worried about further accidents when you will personally perform later?) I only take the mark when all the marks have been tested. Actually for some of the dangerous stunts, the director wouldn't let me perform them personally either."

Z STORM was DaDa's first film on her comeback. She said that at first she had a lot of stress, later she gradually relaxed and was able to perform at her best. As for her current love life, she said that she was interested in someone. He was an industry outsider. They have gone out to dinner and movies and were still getting to know each other. Was he that financial genius in the rumors? DaDa sweetly said, "He is just a working stiff."

The Nick Cheung Ka Fai, Sammi Cheng Sau Man, Angelababy starred, Cheuk Wan Chi directed romantic comedy with city home ownership as its backdrop, TEMPORARY FAMILY (SUT LUEN GUP YEUNG), will be released in the summer. Earlier a trailer in which Ka Fai as a real estate agent introduced the cast was released. Not only has it gone viral, Ka Fai's lines "I will do my best" and "When is the time to buy a home? When you can afford to buy, it is the time to buy a home." have immediately become trending real estate sales pitches. The film guest starred Dayo Wong Tsz Wa, who was one of the hot properties that Ka Fai was talking about.

Tsz Wa in the film played Cheng Sau Man's former husband. Although he was only guest starring, he spared no effort with his appearance. He even grew facial hair for a film for the first time. Ka Fai and Tsz Wa already knew each other privately. Although it was their first collaboration they already had chemistry. Ka Fai thanked Tsz Wa as he said, "We didn't have many scenes together, but he studied every scene in great detail with everyone and gave all his effort. I ran into a good co-star and had a lot of fun with the performance."

Although they were good actors, they were no match for their fellow dog guest star. On camera, the dog did not seem to be in sync with Tsz Wa and Ka Fai. It often went off camera or refused to walk no matter what, leaving them sweating bullets. Yet off camera it let the team hug it all they wanted. Ka Fai and Tsz Wa did not know whether to laugh or to cry, finally they both agreed, "Today finally we have run into a strong rival, it is the best acting lead in the film."

Tsz Wa admitted that he took the film not only because director Cheuk Wan Chi was a friend but also because the script was realistic, thus he really wanted to support it. He said in protest, "Hong Kong's housing problem is absolutely absurd, I have talked about this topic in my stand up comedy too. Hong Kong people need to have 13 or 14 times their current annual salary to be qualified for home ownership. It's unreasonable."

Louis Koo Tin Lok, Thai action star Tony Jaa and Wu Jing starred in the action film SPL II (SAT POR LONG II) has run into one obstacle after another. Over the years its production date has been changed over and over. After the production began it also ran into problems. Earlier Wu Jing during the shoot had an old leg injury that acted up again. Last month he had to be a "groom on clutches" as he wed Xie Nan in the Mainland. Several days ago, the team a day or two before a three day shoot in Hong Kong suddenly cancelled the shoot. Actually director Soi Cheang Po Shui's family had a funeral. He said, "The cancellation notice was because my older brother just passed. I needed time to take care of the family affair."

Goo Jai, Tony Jaa, Simon Yam Tat Wa, Max Zhang Jin and Babyjohn's schedules were rather tight, but everyone understood the director's situation and were willing to reschedule and accommodate. Later they will first shoot on location in Thailand then return to Hong Kong for the make up shoot.

Dior Cheng Yi Kin in the Lawrence Cheng Tan Shui directed new film BREAK UP 100 (FUN SAU 100 CHI) not only had a fiery hot girlfriend Chrissie Chau Sau Na but also two very explosive buddies. They were stage actor Tyson Chak Hoi Tai and one of Guangdong's Four Great Talkers He Haopeng. When they saw the drastic change in Ekin's personality after he started dating Sister Na they got into a fight. Once they frightened the neighbors, who turned in a real complaint.

In a man's world, buddies and girlfriends often could not co-exist. Ekin in the film was stuck in the middle. In one scene he and his two buddies argued over Sister Na. On the day of the shoot Sister Na did not have any scene but she deliberately came to the set for experience as well as helping Tyson and Brother Peng to cultivate their emotion. On or off camera they deliberately looked upset at Sister Na and even called her the head demon and the devilish. They were very in character and there was danger in the air.

Sister Na said, "Actually I am an angel inside, a devil......ha ha ha!" Ekin also said that in real life she was not mean at all and she was not a HK woman. Tyson immediately joked, "She of course is no HK woman, she lives in the New Territories, she is a NT woman."

Sister Na revealed that when they shot their argument scene, the upstairs neighbor called in a noise complaint. After this exchange, Ekin realized that Sister Na was very naive. She did not know much about dating and she did not know how to hold on to a man. However he believed that after the shoot she would have improved greatly.
