This year Taiwan film has shown signs of life. CAPE NO. 7 and MONGA in China and Taiwan made over 200 million. With the strong moment, Hong Kong Motion Picture Association and Kwang Hwa Culture Center held a Taiwan Film Festival that will show 11 new Taiwan films between September and November every Sunday in MCL Telford and MCL Kornhill. The Taiwan film industry sent two of its most popular stars, "the Taiwan film golden couple" Janine Chang Chun-Ning and James Wen Hsen-How to attend the opening promotion. Radio 5 Hong Kong's film program invited them to discuss new Taiwan films of the festival and will air during the first and second week of September.
This Taiwan film festival will feature 11 films including ZOOM HUNTING, WHAT ON EARTH HAVE I DONE WRONG?!, SOMEWHERE I HAVE NEVER TRAVELLED. Chang Chun-Ning and Wen Hsen-How worked together on more than two of the films. They have become the new century Taiwan film industry's most popular hunk and beauty, in particular Chang Chun-Ning
has been called the top Taiwan beauty since Brigitte Lin (Lam Ching Ha).
