The Louis Koo Tin Lok invested, Jennifer Yu Heung Ying, Bowie Lam Bo Yi, Rachel Leung Yung Ting and Baby Bo Pui Yu starred film IN BROAD DAYLIGHT (BAK YUT JI HA) after its November 2nd opening received good reviews. As for two days ago after 14 days in release it became the Wednesday single day box office champion, as of two days ago it has accumulated almost HK$ 10 million. Koo Tin Lok and Yu Heung Yin yesterday attended an event and felt happy about the box office success. Koo Tin Lok felt that making a good movie that also received the audience's support was rare, so he decided to join the audience appreciation tour tomorrow in hopes of helping to fight for even better performance. He encouraged the Golden Horse Award Best Actress Yu Heung Ying that doing her best was enough.

Koo Tin Lok and Yu Heung Ying yesterday attended a brand name watch event. In a leather jacket Goo Jai displayed masculine charm. He joked, "Today I look like a pilot, right?" Bringing up that he played a pilot in the film version of TRIUMPH IN THE SKIES (CHUNG SEUNG WON SIU), he successfully stole the show and drew many people to look on. He even had male fans screaming that he was very cool.

The Yu Heung Ying starred film IN BROAD DAYLIGHT (BAK YUT TIN HA) was Goo Jai invested. After two weeks in release its box office was near HK$ 10 million, Yu Heung Ying felt encouraged and worthy. "Thank you Boss, for proving that our recently run to many cinemas and have exchanges with the audience have marketing effects. Although I am a little tired, but when I am able to draw even more people to the movies, the tired feeling also vanishes."

Goo Jai said that making a good film that received the general public's support was something worth being happy about. He decided to join the audience appreciation team, hoping to be able to fight for even better performance. "As a Hong Kong film professional, I too hope to be able to attract more people to support the film. I want to hear the voices of the viewers and hope to make even more good films." Speaking of the film's home director Bowie Lam Bo Yi thanking him for insisting on him, Goo Jai said, "I want to find a person who looks kind, so why not ask Bowie. When I called him, he said fine. Actually the character is pretty daring." Would he make more social subjects? He said, "Of course it is good to make social subjects, but we also have to keep the environment in mind to design it. A good script is hard to come by."

Goo Jai was happy for Yu Heung Ying over her Golden Horse Awards Best Actress nomination, and urged her that doing her best was enough. "The nomination is already a kind of recognition, if you would win then it's bonus. (Would you give her a raise to reward her?) No matter what I would keep giving her opportunities, but making movies requiring auditions. She has to be suitable for the role." Yu Heung Ying said that Goo Jai's encouragement was already a great recognition. After marriage she had to take care of both her family and career, she needed to learn to distribute time. "I too want to be in my best shape to participate in the Golden Horse Award presentation ceremony, so over a month after my son was born, I have been working hard to getting back into shape."

Goo Jai revealed that his film MEI CHUI (TAILING) has wrapped up production, he could take Christmas off and celebrate with a party. Would he prepare gifts for those around him and his employees? He said, "Yes, the company would celebrate its 10th anniversary. Earlier the annual dinner took place and cash prizes have already been given out, let the siblings buy their own gifts."

IN BROAD DAYLIGHT in its second week in release although has reduced show numbers but continued to have viewer support. In the past weekend, the single day box office were both over HK$ 1.2 million, 20% rise from the first weekend. The internet praised the actors' outstanding performance in the film. Aside from Yu Heung Ying, Lam Bo Yi and Leung Yung Ting, John Chiang Dai Wai, Leung Chung Hang, Baby Bo Pui Yu, Wu Fung (Brother Sau), Helen Tam Yuk Ying and others, and the special contract actors who played the nursing home residents were all praised for their realistic portrayals. Bo Pui Yi as the nurse Sister Fong received raves for her domineering nurse that made people hate her to the bone, as she became an award favorite. Bo Pui Yu thanked the viewers for the good reviews over video. "To be able work with so many high quality actors and receive everyone's recognition, I truly am very happy. I never thought about my own achievement or any nomination, I would continue to work hard and learn. I hope in the future I would be able to play even more different characters."

Special performer Brother Sau was excited about the box office success. "At first the box office wasn't ideal, but why would the box office grow as the run went on? Mainly because the movie is good, the audience relates to it. One spreads to ten, ten spread to hundred, the movie makes more and more. Seriously congratulations, it proves a good movie would always have an audience that enjoys it. My review for this film is very good."
