The Hong Kong Film Awards winning director Felix Chong Man Keung recently appeared on the ViuTV program DIRECTOR'S GATE 2 and talked about the reason why he made the movie PROJECT GUTERBERG (MO SEUNG). He said that it was all because there were few crime movies about counterfeit banknotes in Chinese movies at that time. Therefore, during research he personally tried different equipment to make counterfeit banknotes. As for the two leading actors in the film, Chow Yun Fat and Aaron Kwok Fu Sing, Chong Man Keung said, "After I gave the script to Fat Gor, he made an appointment to talk the next day.
