The comic creator of MISS 13 DOTS, Lee Wai Chun, passed away on August 27th. Yesterday services were held at the St. Bonaventure Church in Tsz Wan Shan and burial would take place the next day at the Happy Valley Catholic Cemetery. After 5PM, the hearse arrived. Lee Wai Chun's daughter carried a color photo of her mother in with and the trademark Miss 13 Dots hair accessory and a friendly smile. The hall was simple and clean, decorated with fresh white flowers. Monitors in the hall showed photos of her life and her family, in which she was rather trendy in her youth. Many friends from comic book world sent floral arrangement, including Mr. and Mrs. Tony Wong Yuk Long, Mr. and Mrs. Wong Chak, Ma Wing Shing, Zunzi, Lee Chi Ching, Yeung Hok Tak and the Hong Kong Comics and Animation Federation.
