The Hong Kong International Film Festival Association yesterday announced the 46th Hong Kong International Film Festival wil open on August 15th. Best Actor Aaron Kwok Fu Sing for the fourth year in a row would be its ambassador. Internationally renowned photographer Wing Shya was again invited to shoot an all new series of promotional photos. Sing Sing was very happy about the news.
