Mandy Tam Man Huen, Kevin Chu Kam Yin and Locker Lam Ka Hei attended the event with Black Ferns Sevens, a rugby team that came to Hong Kong yesterday and took a group photo with Sarah Hirini, the captain of the rugby team.
Mandy said she was unable to watch the rugby matches that would start this week because she would have to fly to Japan the next day for a film. Would she need to learn Japanese? She smiled and said no, because the director wanted her to improvise less than fluent Japanese on the spot. She also pointed out that she would film for 5 days on the trip and would not stay in Japan for fun. "I am a homebody. I just returned to Hong Kong from skiing. I have to collect myself and work hard."
Chu Kam Yin said that he would definitely meet Locker to watch the matches, because he has also watched it in the past two years. He praised the rugby matches as very passionate and exciting, and were very enjoyable to watch. However he would not play it himself, because he working on a movie he was afraid of injury. He revealed that he would play a medical student in the new film, and recently he has been learning basic needles and blood drawing techniques. He thought that they were not too difficult.
Locker also said that he has always watched rugby matches, because he was already on a rugby team when he was at school. He mainly was in the sprinting position. He said that he might seem very thin now, but he was very big back then. However because he once injured his neck in the college league, he no longer played and now has switched to play soccer. The reporter joked out that Chu Kam Yin chose him by name to watch the matches wit him, would he prefer to watch with his girlfriend Marf Yau Yin Tung even more? He said that the more people watched the matches, the better the atmosphere, and joked that he would be Chu Kam Yin's "watch along girlfriend".
