Lo Hoi Pang and Louie Castro (Ka Si Lok) yesterday attended a cooking contest. Brother Pang revealed that since his diabetes diagnosis in 1987, he was forced to quit sweet, fatty and greasy food for his health. He said, "The more I couldn't have dessert the more I wanted to, but if I didn't quit I would've been dead. Ah Fei (Lydia Shum Din Ha) had diabetes later than me, Bun Jai (Law Kwan Jor) didn't watch his diet."
Brother Pang revealed after finishing THE ICEMAN COMETH 3D (3D BING FUNG HUP), he later will head to Thailand for SO DUK (DRUG SWEEP).
