[2019.07.06] NEW YORK ASIAN FILM FESTIVAL WILL CLOSE WITH WHITE STORM 2 DRUG LORDS

WHITE STORM 2 DRUG LORDS (SO DUK 2 TIN DEI DUI KUET) will officially open in Hong Kong on the 16th. The film has not been released yet but New York Asian Film Festival has already chosen it for this year's closing film.

The New York Asian Film Festival has already entered its 18th years, taking place between June 28th to July 14th. It has invited over 50 films from around the world and almost 30 international filmmakers and stars to visit. WHITE STORM 2 DRUG LORDS would not only be the New York Asian Film Festival official closing films but also be able to compete for the audience awards.

The film will be screened on the 14th at 9PM at the SVA theater in New York. WHITE STORM 2 DRUG LORDS' producer and lead actor Andy Lau Tak Wa said after getting the news, "Thank you! We will keep working hard!" Another lead actor Louis Koo Tin Lok responded, "On a release day a good news arrives, I hope the audience around the world would like WHITE STORM 2 DRUG LORDS!" Lead actress Karena Lam Ka Yun said, "Wow, I am overjoyed! WHITE STORM 2 DRUG LORDS will be able to participate in the film with 50 films around the world! Congratulations director (Herman) Yau Lai To and our producer Wa Jai, who does it all personally!"
