Michelle Yeoh (Yeung Chi King) and Juju Chan Yuk Wan earlier attended their film CROUCHING TIGER HIDDEN DRAGON: SWORD OF DESTINY premiere in Los Angeles. Yeung Chi King appeared in a white Chinese dress. She thanked her hairstylist who spent 10 minutes to create a hairstyle that looked very time consuming.

Chan Yuk Wan posed for photos and signed autographs for fans. She even made a kicking pose for the media. She said that she was very happy to have the chance to be up close with American viewers. A male fan wanted to hug her but security immediately stopped him.

The new film PG LOVE (PG LUEN OI JI YUN) two nights ago held its premiere. Stars Anita Chui Bik Ka, Alycia Chan Yuen Hung, Jacquelin Chong Si Man coordinated with the theme "Ultimate Sexiness".

Carina Lau Ka Ling, Sammi Cheng Sau Man, Kathy Chow Man Kei and Anna Uehara yesterday attended a fashion store opening. Speaking of the government budget, the government will invest HK$ 20 million into the film development fund and suggest for every film's financial assistance amount to increase from 250,000 to 500,000. Sammi admitted that the determination to help Cantonese film is good. Ka Ling also felt that the investment was good. In the past the government has not supported the industry enough. She also praised Hong Kong's rich cultural assets. Its actors and directors had a lot of potential, international renown, so they had to be properly used. She estimated that this year's domestic box office will reach HK$ 5 billion. All three Hong Kong Lunar New Year films performed very well in the Mainland.
