Andy Lau Tak Wa celebrates his 51st birthday today (September 27). Earlier his fan club celebrated in advance. The stage had the words "Fortune Like The East Sea" in the background. Wa Jai wore a red Chinese suit, his parents also attended and cut the birthday cake with him. Wa Jai said that at this birthday three wishes came true, including his invitation of the Hong Kong Paralympics fencing gold medalist Yu Chui-Yee and taking a photo with her; at the event, his "family" arranged for an exciting performance. In the film Wa Jai played the Security Bureau secretary, the highest ranking person in the entire film.

The film DUE WEST OUR SEX JOURNEY (YUT LO HEUNG SAI) after 6 days in release (as of September 25) made 10 million at the box office. Two nights ago a celebration was held. Jeana Ho Pui Yu appeared in a low cut dress, but she was no match for Angelina Zhang (Cheung Woon Nga)'s 7 inch career line.

Jeana explained, "With so many friends are present, I am afraid that I would be too sexy. Everyone had big buns wouldn't want to eat dinner. Just the right amount is fine." Did her boyfriend Parkman Cheung kept her from being too sexy? Jeana denied, "My boyfriend would understand that I am only sexy for work, and I don't need his permission. Lau Ching Wan, Louis Koo Tin Lok, and Angelica Lee Sinjie recently have been working on the Pang Brothers directed 3D Chinese disaster films INFERNO (TOH CHOOK SUN TIN). The film has been in production for almost two months, as everyone entered the major scene production on location in Thailand. Ching Wan, Goo Jai, Sinjie and Mainland actors Jin Qiaoqiao and Chen Sicheng for days have already been suffering from smoke, fire and water. Goo Jai's right arm has been injured twice, but coincidentally his injuries were right where he had to be injured in the film. In the end he performed injured and did not have to bandage his "fake" wound. Goo Jai pointed out that during an escape scene, his right palm was cut on glass shards and immediately bled. The director halted the production and asked the on set doctor to bandage it to prevent infection. However he only asked for ice for the wound and told the director to keep shooting for an even more realistic effect. Finally he completed this injury performance in one take before he was willing to sit down for the doctor to treat his wound.

During the Mid Autumn Festival, the team will continue to shoot in Thailand. Producer Lam Siu Keung deliberated brought some traditional lanterns and moon cakes from Hong Kong for everyone to celebrate the holiday with. The actors also picked up pens to write greetings to wish everyone a Happy Mid Autumn Festival. Sinjie said that everyone after working together everyday have become like a family, so spending the Mid Autumn Festival together was quite meaningful. she said that Malaysia did not have Mid Autumn festival. She missed playing with lanterns in the country during her childhood. Goo Jai also spent his first Mid Autumn Festival in Thailand and had a very special feeling. Normally he had very little opportunity to complete a movie abroad and celebrate the Mid Autumn Festival with everyone. They were like a family. Ching wan also liked Mid Autumn very much and hoped that everyone would be able to happily spend it with their families.

Karena Lam Ka Yun yesterday appeared on a radio program. She said, "I am still very passionate about film, I still have an acting bug. Thus earlier I helped with the film THE BULLET VANISHES (SIU SUT DIK JI DAN) voice work. If I couldn't act, I was happy with acting with my voice." She said that lately she has been working on commercials. She would selectively take jobs. When will she return to film? She said, "I want to, but first and foremost is it doesn't affect the home schedule." She said that earlier when she attended events, her husband took time off to take care of their daughter. They tried not to rely on their maid.

Was Ka Yun signed to a company now? She said no, because right now she was mainly a housewife and was not too busy. She did not want to sign with a company and selectively work. She would not sign with a company until she came back fully. She said that now she has no condition for movies. Would she have to ask her husband for kiss scene permission? [ THE FILM CATALOGUE ]

  Frankie is brought up in a strict middle class family, but like any other adolescence, he is curious about sex during puberty, so he turns to his “sex mentor” – porn magazines and his mate Jing. With the help of Jing, Frankie has the opportunity of camping with his crush Zoey, and spending time alone with her, during which he loses his virginity to her...not quite! [2012.09.26] SHU QI COMPLAINS ABOUT NEW FILM

After taking a break from working too hard, Shu Qi returned to work for Taiwan director Hou Hsiao-Hsien and star in the 7 year in planning ASSASSIN (NIP YUN LEUNG), which officially began production yesterday. The leads were Shu Qi and Chang Chen. Shu Qi joked that the martial art training and the wire work were too painful, on the first day of work she thought of returning to Taiwan to find Director Hou to "terminate the contract". She asked her manager and realized that she has not signed any contract.

The film cost over HK$100 million. According to Hou Hsiao-Hsien he ran into financing troubles. Shu Qi said that she wanted to invest. Director Hou praised her "heroine" personality but would not let Shu Qi put money in. At most he would use her salary as investment and share the profit later.

Chang Chen because of THE GRANDMASTERS (YUT DOI JUNG SI) kept training. Shu Qi praised his "waist strength" as he could stand very straight. Director Hou also thanked Wong Kar Wai for helping him with advanced actor training. He also hoped that ASSASSIN and THE GRANDMASTERS would follow CROUCHING TIGER HIDDEN DRAGON in recalling everyone's passion for wu xia film.
