[2009.10.02] CHRISSIE CHAU GIVES HER FIRST ON SCREEN KISS

Chrissie Chau Sau Na earlier promoted for SPLIT SECOND MURDERS (SEI SUN SOR LIU), in which she played a student. She and Lok Wing had romantic scenes and shared a peck that was her first on screen kiss.

Before the shoot, Chau Sau Na asked Lok Wing to rinse his mouth and treated him to a throat drop. Because the shoot took place in a bathroom, the condition was rather poor. Was she disappointed that Lok Wing had her first on screen kiss? She said no, but she would like to work with her idol Takeshi Kaneshiro (Gum Sing Mo). She also said that for bed scenes she cannot bare all like in LUST, CAUTION.

SPLIT SECOND MURDERS was accused to have similar subject and actors as another film 7 TO ONE - PLAY BIG (GUAN YUN CHUT SI). Chau Sau Na had parts in both films. In 7 she played a convenience store clerk. She said that the two films' similarity was a thin perspective line. She reportedly asked for HK$50,000 per scene, she said, "My lips are thick but my mouth isn't big. These rumors wouldn't affect me accepting other films." She was not concerned about Taiwan's "Baby face Big Breast" Guo Shu-Yao's Hong Kong invasion and praised Yao Yao's figure. They could not be compared however.
