Sam Hui Koon Kit's four show concert will officially open next Friday.  Hui Koon Kit has been rehearsing.  Two days ago he even rehearsed with his brothers Michael Hui Koon Man and Hui Koon Mo Ricky Hui Koon Ying's classic hit MERCILESS NIGHT COLD WIND, Sam got sentimental when he remembered his late brother.  The team cheered him up and joked with him, "The show hasn't opened yet, you are already so emotional!"

The Hui Brothers have always been close.  Every time Sam had a concert Ah Ying would be a part of it.  Although Ah Ying has departed, Sam would still save his a spot at this show and arranged for the brothers to sing with Ah Ying through the big screen his classic hit MERCILESS NIGHT COLD WING.  Two days ago at rehearsal, when the brothers stared at Ah Ying who was performing on the computer screen, Sam got teary eyed.  The team immediately handed his tissues and the musicians even started the music so Sam would be able to bring himself back to the rehearsal and forget the sorrow temporarily.  Sam's son Ryan Hui Wai Yun played the guitar for his father's rehearsal while the other played the harmonica on LATE NIGHT LIGHT PRIVATE WORDS.

Sam in two short hours rehearsed almost 20 songs.  First time guest star for her idol Sam, Kay Tse On Kay were thoroughly amazed.  Kay excitedly said, "My manager didn't tell me until three days ago about being invited to be a part of Sam Gor's concert.  I am very nervous.  I rehearsed with him for the first time.  He really is very easy going and very professional.  As soon as he arrives he can give you a motivation and bring you very quickly into the music.  I enjoy this feeling very much."

Kay said that singers usually would hold back a little at the rehearsal before the show to avoid affecting their voices, but Sam Gor sang all he wanted and displayed his experience.  Her eyes were opened.  Although the rehearsal room's air conditioning was super cold, Sam still wore a tank top to the rehearsal.  His stamina was great and even made Kay immediately remove her jacket to experience that cool rehearsal feeling with him.

Although Sam performed with Kay for the first time, he had nothing but praised for her singing.  They rehearsed three songs at once.  When they started LET IT BE ME, Sam got more excited and performed it four times.  The team joked that "encore" came before the show even opened.  Sam said with excitement, "Very Good! Kay, Very Good!"  Then they performed Roman Tam (Law Man)'s UNDER THE LION ROCK and mischievously said to the musicians to wrap up with a "Law Gei style" long note in nostalgia.

Kay, Sam and Hui Koon Man were all Hong Kong University alumni.  She and Sam Gor's son Ryan were close as they often exchanged parenthood tips.  Kay will be the guest on the 15th, the "Hong Kong University Night" that will be near and dear to her heart.  She along with 50 students will sing with Sam Gor ENLIGHTEN ME WITH VIRTUE, a new song that he wrote for the school.  It truly will be a very memorable opportunity.
