The film YOU ARE THE APPLE OF MY EYE's director Giddens Ko two nights ago at the 16th Chinese Chart of Charts award show in Macau Venetian Hotel won the Best New Director award and presented an award with actress Michelle Chen.  Michelle Chen was asked whether she knew that Ko Chen-Tung and Elva Hsiao were really dating.  She said that lately she has not been in contact with Ko Chen-Tung but felt that everyone had the right to be in love.

Giddens Ko who single-handedly made Ko Chen-Tung a star said that he did not know whether the rumor was true or not.  Although he asked Ko Chen-Tung, they both asked and answered randomly; he also said that Ko Chen-Tung was still young, if he gave up love because of the media it would be the worst loss.  Giddens Ko said, "I hope he uses his own way to choose love, not hiding his love because of this star burden.  This isn't healthy.  (Do you support him dating Elva Hsiao?)  I support him being with any woman."  Giddens Ko also revealed that Ko Chen-Tung once went shopping with Jaycee Chan (Fong Cho Ming) in tow.  He even said that during the shoot Ko Chen-Tung drew circles near his neck.  He said, "Even if he was dating Fong Cho Ming I would wish him well, as long as they truly love each other."  Michelle Chen also joked that she would vote for Cho Ming.

Ko Chen-Tung last night performed in Macau, but Giddens Ko would rather came to play in Hong Kong then stay for his performance.  Cho Ming two nights ago after accepting the most popular film actor stayed in Macau to support Ko Chen-Tung.  He even joked that he would ask Ko Chen-Tung about his romance for reporters.  Reporters said that Giddens Ko and Michelle Chen both supported Ko Chen-Tung to be with him, Cho Ming was puzzled.  "Great!  Setting me up like that."  Although Cho Ming has known Elva Hsiao for a long time, he did not introduce them.  Did he believe that they were dating?  He said, "not really, Ko Chen-Tung is still young and has to focus on his career.  He just made one movie.  He still have a lot that he needs to work hard on."

Jay Chou (Chow Kit Lun)'s EXCLAMATION MARK won Hong Kong and Taiwan Best Record, Best Digital Music Award and the Most Influential Chinese artist in Asia.  Natasha Na Ying also won three awards.

Eason Chan Yik Shun, Karen Mok Man Wai, Khalil Fong Datong and JJ Lin (Lam Chun Kit) each won two awards.  Eason won the most influential Popular artist in Asia and Hit singer of the year, Mok Man Wai won the Asia trendy singer and best singer (Hong Kong and Taiwan).  In addition, Michael Tse Tin Wa and Fala Chen won Best Television Series Actor and Actress (Hong Kong and Taiwan).

Joey Yung Cho Yi won the Most popular female singer (Hong Kong and Taiwan) while Twins won the best group (Hong Kong and Taiwan).  Twins headed to Macau from Beijing and Shenzhen.  Charlene Choi Cheuk Yin and Dior Cheng Yi Kin were working on a film in Shenzhen.  She complained that Ekin attacked her verbally everyday and joked that her hatred for him has not subsided over ten years.  Ah Sa said, "Luckily the film has another female lead who can divert his attention.  (How is he picking on you?)  Sometimes if he gets off work early and I still have to work, he would say what he would eat and ask the director to shoot a few more scenes, like an elementary school boy picking on a female classmate.  He is really bored."

Gillian Chung Yun Tung is working on a movie with May Day's A Shin.  Due to their height difference, Ah Gil joked that when they posed for a photo A Shin had to perform a split in order not to tower over her.  She also revealed that she just finished a fall from a horse in the desert.  In the story she and Yu Shaoqun fell off the horse together and she landed on top of him.  Due to six or seven bad times, Ah Gil would hurt Yu Shaoqun every time.  Thus she felt very sorry.
