The Stephen Fung Tak Lun directed TAICHI 0 (TAI GIK 1 JUNG LING HOI CHI) earlier participated in the Venice and Toronto International Film Festival and caught overseas media attention. Recently Fung Tak Lun signed with Paradigm Agency. TAICHI meanwhile in the Mainland has already successfully passed the 100 million yuan mark. In a few short days Fung Tak Lun and lead actress AngelaBaby joined the hundred million director and actress class.

Fung Tak Lun admitted from the creation to the completion, TAICHI 0 was a highly difficult challenge for him. The most challenging was to mix in video game ideas into the traditional kung fu film. Because of this different idea, Paradigm Agency became interested in him. He said, "TAICHI 0 started from zero, I too started from TAICHI. In the future I will have different new attempts, including working with Paradigm Agency. Although right now we don't have any collaboration plan and everything is being studied, I believe it will help with my overseas development in the future."

Speaking of the film's over 100 million box office, Fung Tak Lun praised Baby. "If this time we didn't have Baby, TAICHI wouldn't be as exciting. In order to handle the Tai Chi master role, she did not just make a pose on the set. Without any kung fu background she truly started from zero. As early as half a year before the production start she already began to train. She is a very sincere and hard working new comer. The entire team gets credit for the film's good performance, so there is no differentiation like hundred million director or female star, male star. It should be hundred million production team. This achievement is worth sharing with everyone." Baby after learning that she became a hundred million female star said that it was only a title. When the film performed so well, she was the happiest that viewers liked this film and her performance has been recognized.
