Top police detective Reiji Asama asks Kagura to analyze the DNA for a murder case, but the DNA analysis result is "Not Found". Is the culprit's DNA not in the system or is the system malfunctioning? This case is called "NF13". Soon after the Platinum Data investors are murdered, the last person they saw was Ryuhei Kagura. The murder weapon is the same gun used in the "NF13" case. The police with Platinum Data finds information on the culprit and 99.9% of the information indicates the murderer to be Ryuhei Kagura! Detective Asama thus begins to investigate the suspect...
