The Juno Mak Chun Lung directed RIGOR MORTIS (GEUNG SI) after 18 days in release in Hong Kong and Macau made over 15 million. The film opened on 60 screens in Taiwan, 17 in Taipei, and even with the authentic Cantonese category III version to the top of the box office. Over the weekend in Taipei the 3 day box office reached NT$ 6.6 million, and an estimate of NT$ 15 million in Taiwan.
Mak Chun Lun on the 23rd will head to Taiwan to attend the Golden Horse Awards and compete for Best New Director, Best Visual Effects and Best Costume Design with RIGOR MORTIS.
