The Aaron Kwok Fu Sing, Gordon Lam Ka Tung and Richie Jen (Yam Yin Chai) starred Lunar New Year film ROB N ROLL (LUM SI GIP ONG) opened on Lunar New Year's Eve. Director Mak Kai Kwong along with actors Nancy Wu Ting Yan, Leung Chung Hang, Mike Tsang Pei Tat, Calvert Fu Ka Tsun, ANSONBEAN Chan Ngai Sun, and Kathy Wong Chung Yan visited 5 cinemas in Tsim Sha Tsui and Mongkok for audience appreciation shows and met with viewers and fans. Thye recently received viewer complaints about the lack of shows, making scheduling to support the film difficult. They hoped that later more shows would be added.

Mike Tsang Pei Tat, who took part in the film, earlier appeared at the cinema for an audience appreciation show with ANSONBEAN, Nancy Wu Ting Yan, Leung Chung Hang, Fu Ka Chun and Wong Chung Yan. Tsang Pei Tat had a cane and needed a wheel chair to move around. Actually he had acute myositis. "Earlier I was in so much pain I couldn't move. I went to the hospital for an anti-inflammatory shot, then I was able to take a few steps." However seeing all the viewers and fans at the movies, Tsang Pei Tat still toughed out the pain

In the film Tsang Pei Tat is friends with ANSONBEAN, who worked at a garage. They would often break into the lockers by the swimming pool to make a living. In one scene they even had physical altercation with Kwok Fu Sing. Sing Sing rammed his knee into Tsang Pei Tat and angrily beat up ANSONBEAN. ANSONBEAN said, "Tsang Pei Tat and I in the film are co-workers and buddies, but because of money we lie to and cheat on each other. In the end we hve to face Kwok Fu Sing's physical punishment." Tsang Pei Tat said, "This time is my first movie. From working with Best Actor Kwok Fu Sing, I learned a lot about professionalism. Kwok Fu Sing and I had a scene in the garage. He busted my head open. Actually taking a beating wasn't easy either, this time was a great experience."
