Aaron Kwok Fu Sing, Raymond Lam Fung and Cecilia Choi Sze Wan as "a Family of Three" went to the cinema for the first time yesterday for the Hong Kong film TWILIGHT OF THE WARRIORS: WALLED IN (GAU LUNG SING JAI JI WAI SING) audience appreciation event with producer John Chong Ching. They all joked that finally the family was together again and they were very excited and moved. Sing Sing said that in the film the "Four Sons of the Walled City" Raymond Lam Fung, Terrance Lau Chun Him, Tony Wu Tsz Tung and German Cheung Man Kit had good opportunites to show their skills and acting. Hong Kong film really needed this new force. The Hong Kong box office of the film as of 3 o'clock yesterday had HK$ 95.7 million, and everyone shouted slogans in the hope that passng the HK$ 100 million mark. Kansas, who suffers from congenital heart disease, also happened to be admitted to the movie. He even appeared in the costume of Kwok Fu Sing's "Killer King Chan Jim" in the film and took a group photo with the actors.
Regarding TWILIGHT OF THE WARRIORS: WALLED IN's announcement of a trilogy including a prequel DRAGON THRONE (LUNG TAU) and a sequel THE FINAL CHAPTER (JUNG CHEUNG), Sing Sing who plays Chan Jim in the film looked forward to the screenwriter's adaptaton of the original novel into movies. However he did not directly respond to whether he would take part in the prequel. He said, "Because the movie has good results, there will be pressure on the subsequent prequels and sequels. The director would need time to come up with the stories, hope to surpass himself and not disappoint the audience. I only made the introduction. If I would return, the script would probably be about the relationship between me and Choi Sze Wan, the brotherhood with Koo Tin Lok. However I want to know how the relationship with my onscreen wife in the film happened, and how we had this son Lam Fung." Lam Fung smiled and said that he believed that he would not be able to perform in the prequel, but he would not mind putting his face on the face of the baby in his arms. In addition in order to match the set layout, he has heard that the prequel and the sequel would be filmed at the same time. He believed that everyone will meet again at that time. Referring to the fact that many viewers slightly dislike Sing Sing's lack of scenes, he said that he never cares about the size of the role; the most important thing was to be just right. He also pointed out, "When I got the script I already knew how big the part was, so I didn't mind. I knew the story was mainly about the "Four Sons of the Walled City", I would just make an introduction to tell their story. Thanks to the leadership of the director Cheang Pou Soi, the 'Four Sons" indeed performed very well. Actually this is fine too, more opportunities should be left for young actors. Succession is also very important." Sing Sing even said that his sister, who has hardly ever watched Hong Kong films, could not resist her friends talkng about the movie and went to see it. He said, "My sister even praised it after watching it, every actor did a good job, and she liked the filming technique of the movie. I felt happy after hearing to her praise."
Choi Sze Wan became famous for slapping Louis Koo Tin Lok in the film. When asked if she would continue to "hurt people" in the prequel, she laughed as both she and Sing Sing and Sing Sing both agreed that they wanted to know about the love story of their characters. Sing Sing even declared that he was looking forward to it, as he wondered how the two gave birth to their "son" Lam Fung. Lam Fung joked, "Do I let them carry me?"
As for her boyfriend Terrance Lau Chun Him's role "Shun Yat" making him into a heartthrob and attracting many female fans who claim to be "Mrs. Lau", Choi Sze Wan did not mind. "Today (yesterday) I am 'Jim Soh', but I know that he is very dedicated to acting."
