The Niu Chen-Zer directed, popular Taiwan idols Ethan Ruan (Yuen King Tin) and Mark Chao (Chiu Yau Ting) starred film MONGA finally completed its production. Yesterday the cast and the director attended a MONGA meeting in Taiwan and talked about the production experience with fans. Siu Tin and Chiu Yau Ting in the film played mob members. Their characters were rowdy but close like brothers. In real life, Siu Tin and Chiu Yau Ting became good friends due to the collaboration as they got along famously. Yesterday at the meeting they kept revealing the other's embarrassing secrets from the shoot. Director Niu Chen-Zer honestly said that at first he wanted Jay Chou (Chow Kit Lun) for the male lead, but after the test screen, Chiu Yau Ting who did not speak Taiwanese at all and Yuen King Tin who claimed to be from Taichung but also did not speak Taiwanese landed the roles. He did not expect their acting to be so great. During the shoot he did not have to spend much time to instruct them, as if the film was tailored for them. Thus he was very confident in the film's performance.
