Having just completed the film HELIOS (CHET DOH) Jacky Cheung Hok Yau yesterday attended a new product press conference. Speaking of working with Cheung Ka Fai in HELIOS, was he afraid of the acting ability comparison? Hok Yau pointed out that acting had no winning or losing, and he was very happy to work with him. Ka Fai always claimed to be his younger brother. Hok Yau smiled and said, "Yes, we haven't worked together before. However several years ago he came to my fan club. (Did he fill out an application form?) No, he was just a guest, but at the time it wasn't convenient to publicize the relationship." How did return to film feel? He said that normally he would "guest star" so he was not a complete stranger. In addition this time he did not work a lot either, only a dozen or so scenes. He was able to adjust, just the shoot ran a little long. Did his daughter complain? He said, "Older daughter went to England and didn't complain, instead I saw the younger daughter more."

Would he follow his buddy Tony Leung Ka Fai's lead and post father and daughter swimsuit photos online? Hok Yau pointed out that Leung's daughters were grown and he ran into them at a party. He knew that Ka Fai maintained a friendly relationship with them. Did Hok Yau communicate with his daughters like a friend? Hok Yau joked, "When nothing happens then we are friends. (Have you checked your daughters' social network sites?) I don't know if they have accounts or not, maybe they do but don't tell me about them. If I have to check I can, because I am very familiar with their friends." Hok Yau revealed that later he will fly to England to visit his older daughter and they often chat on video conference. Was his older daughter dating? Hok Yau hoped that his daughter for now would hold on to her childhood and often told her to be careful with posting photos online. "Actually I have already told her a year or two ago, especially now with indecent photos often appearing I would take the chance to teach her."

Hok Yau also paid attention to the Oscars. About THE GRANDMASTER (YUT DOI JUNG SI)'s defeat, he said, "It's fine, having two nominations are already very amazing. At least you can see Chinese people's name and (William) Chang Suk Ping in attendance." As for the Kunming attack, Hok Yau said that earlier he performed there. The incident was indeed horrifying and incredible. Would he increase security if he goes again? Hok Yau said, "I wouldn't deliberately, you can't avoid these incidents. For now I have no plan to perform in the Mainland."
