The Chung Suet Ying starred new film THE WANNABE LYRICIST (TIN CHI L) would open in March. Director Norris Wong Yi Lam earlier attended a screening and stated that Chung Suet Ying was the only choice for the lead. "She meets all the requirements for the character. When work began she immersed her own experience from her lyricist journey into it and elevated this character." Chung Suet Ying also admitted, "I have never tried to play the female lead. This time I am even performing with so many active lyricists, communication wise we can particularly relate."
