Best Actor Tony Leung Chiu Wai recently has been busy with promoting his film THE GOLDFINGER (GUM SAU JI). Recently during an interview he mentioned that the first director he came in contact with was Stephen Chow Sing Chi. They pointed out that before they got into the business, Chow Sing Chi once wrote, directed and starred in the short film BRUCE LEE KILLS THE BAD GUY. Wai Jai once asked him the whereabouts of the film, but even Chow was not sure.
Wai Jai recalled that back then they applied for the artist training class together. The final around was a tragedy performance. He pointed out that although Chow was serious, he turned the tragedy performance into a comedy. Chow Sing Chi at the time still confidently said to him, "I definitely have no problem, you probably failed." In the end only Wai Jai was accepted.
