The Emperor Group two nights ago held the 2015 Emperor Group annual gala and the Emperor Entertainment Emperor Motion Picture 15th Anniversary celebration. Its artists like Nicholas Tse Ting Fung, Joey Yung Cho Yi, Twins' Charlene Choi Cheuk Yin and Gillian Chung Yun Tung, Irene Wan Bik Ha, Ocean Hai attended. Ge You, Natasha Na Ying, Zhang Yibai, Snow Zou, Patrick Tam Yiu Man, Lin Peng came to congratulate them. Emperor Group chair Albert Yeung Sau Sing, executives Ng Yu, Elaine Fok Man Hei, Albert Lee and others attended as well. Jackie Chan, Li Bingbing, Fan Bingbing also sent congratulatory videos.
Emperor top star Yung Cho Yi performed the film BUT ALWAYS theme song LET US KEEP GOING and THIS CLOSE THAT FAR. Joey got teary eyed when the screen showed every one of Joey's record covers. Joey said, "I was born in the same year as Emperor, Emperor to me is more like family. I thank the company very much for its years of cultivation, support and love. In order to be able to answer to the company and to myself, I will work even harder. In the future I will make even better music and work."
Twins performed NEXT STOP DIVA. This year was also Twins' 15th anniversary. Ah Gil said on such a big day she was not only sentimental but also elated, as she thanked Emperor for "never giving up" on her. "Joining Emperor was my greatest honor, the only choice that can't be wrong." Ah Sa said, "15 years ago Twins were little girls who wouldn't get a second glance. That night, Emperor Motion Picture CEO Albert Lee announced the establishment of Emperor Dadi Distribution company. Many all new 2015 Emperor Motion Picture film projects were announced. TWO THUMBS UP (CHUNG FUNG CHEH) was Hong Kong director Lau Ho Leung directed, Tam Yiu Man, Ng Chun Yu, Simon Yam Tat Wa and Leo Ku Kui Ke starred. OI JOI SUM CHAU (LOVE IN DEEP AUTUMN) starred Wan Bik Ha and Tam Yiu Man. Wan Bik Ha would be a producer and screen writer for the first time on the film as well, TO THE FORE (POR FUNG) has already been scheduled for a 2015 summer release. The film was Dante Lam Chiu Yin directed, Eddie Peng Yu-Yen, Shawn Dou Xiao, Wang Luodan and Choi Si-Won starred.
Aside from records, films and television, Emperor Entertainment also produced variety programs like CHEF NIC. Ting Fung two nights ago talked about the CHEF NIC program production. "It was fine but it could be even better." Ting Fung also announced the second season of CHEF NIC was under preparation, but the details had to remain under wraps.
As for Emperor, Ting Fung said that he was not much of a speaker but since age 15 he has followed "Boss Yeung" and experienced his most rebellious time. Now he will soon be 35 and he thanks Boss Yeung. Mani, Yung Cho Yi, Twins have all been with Emperor for almost 20 years, thus Ting Fung said, "I can represent all the siblings in saying, whether it will be 25 or 35 years, we will be around. Thank you Boss Yeung!" Then he gave a deep bow.
