[2022.01.24] JEANA HO NEEDS ICE AFTER GETTING SLAPPED

Jeana Ho Pui Yu in the film LOVE IS BLIND, HATE TOO (JI MING 24 SIU SI) played end stage cancer patient. She admitted that the performance was thoroughly satisfying as she had her shares of scenes with Ron Ng Cheuk Hei and Poon Chan Leung. Having worked with Ng Cheuk Hei on a series, they still maintained their silence when they met again. Even with the passion scenes in the film they still were able to easily get past them.

As for her on screen husband Poon Chan Leung it was their first collaboration. Jeana said that the scene in which he slapped her was memorable. "Because it was a real slap, not positioning. Before the shoot we had a discussion and wanted it to be more realistic. When the slap came my face was still a little shaken. (Did you have many takes?) Several, because we needed different angles."
