The Louis Koo Tin Lok produced and starred Hong Kong film WARRIORS OF FUTURE (MING YUT JIN GEI) since its opening on the 25th has been rolling at the box office. Yesterday it already passed HK$ 55 million to become the ninth highest grossing Chinese film in Hong Kong film history.
Goo Jai said that he was rather happy about getting into the box office top ten. He said, "Honestly, of course the higher the better. It proves that new film genres can appear in Hong Kong! I am the happiest that in the second half of the year many domestic films have performed well. This is what everyone wants to see the most, like everyone's audience appreciation crossover. It all proves that Hong Kong film industry is very united, for even more viewers to support Hong Kong film at the movies."
