Louis Koo Tin Lok, Stephen Fung Tak Lun, Chrissie Chau Sau Na, Alex Lam Tak Shun and Carlos Chan Ka Lok yesterday attended an event at the West Kowloon Cultural District's art pavilion. Fung Tak Lun recently stayed in Hong Kong for work. He would participate in a film and had plans to direct. He would also go overseas to discuss various new jobs. When asked whether he would be so busy with work that he had no time to be with his wife Shu Qi, Fung Tak Lun said that his wife was busier than he was, which made him look for work to keep from being home alone.

The Koo Tin Lok produced and starred film WARRIORS OF FUTURE (MING YUT JIN GEI) reached over HK$ 56 million at the box office and became the seventh highest grossing Chinese language film in Hong Kong. Goo Jai said that he felt pleased and satisfied with this performance, and hoped that it would be able to climb a little higher. Was he confident about it reaching number one? He said, "I too hope to be able to break the old box office and set a new one. I thank everyone for their support. Now every Saturday and Sunday I would attend audience appreciation events. I know many friends have booked shows and also hope that everyone would watch it several more times!" When asked how he would thank the audience, would he accelerate the production of a sequel? Goo Jai said that he was already going to audience appreciation events every Saturday and Sunday, but next week he would hold screenings and press conference to announce the latest WARRIORS OF FUTURE news. Would the sequel investment be even greater? He said, "The first one was already the greatest investment, with the experience the second, third one would be able to even better budget and time control, ultimately it would be an even newer challenge!"

Earlier TVB reportedly would work on a new variety program with the Mainland and invite past training class artists like Koo Tin Lok, Tony Leung Chiu Wai and Sean Lau Ching Wan to be instructors. Goo Jai pointed out that TVB chief Eric Tsang Chi Wai earlier told him that this was untrue. Even with this idea, he would not have the time to participate.

The Golden Horse Awards will take place on November 9th. The Hong Kong Motion Picture Industry Association earlier issued a letter to its members, citing that in recent years the Golden Horse Awards has become more and more politicized. Many Taiwan directors and artists would mix politics with film, soiling film's artistic independence. The Association urged participating members to handle it with caution. Would Goo Jai apply for the Golden Horse Awards for WARRIORS OF FUTURE? He declined to comment. "Do you have another question?" What about the MPIA's letter to urge its members to "think thrice" before participating? He immediately handed the microphone back to the reporter and ended the interview.

Fung Tak Lun revealed that since returning to attend the Hong Kong Film Awards, he has remained for work. He would participate in film and would have plans to direct. He would also go overseas to discuss new jobs. Fung Tak Lun has not made a Hong Kong film in awhile. He pointed out that earlier he worked on the Sylvia Chang directed, Sammi Cheng Sau Man starred HER. Although this was a Mainland film, their performance was shot in Hong Kong and the staff was all Hong Kong. Thus he felt very happy and intimate. He even pointed out that The film would be able to be released in the Mainland in its original Cantonese format. His co-star Cheng Sau Man thanked him over social media. Fung Tak Lun joked, "I should be the one thanking her, we not only had a pleasant shoot, the theme song that Sammi sang in the film asked me to guest perform a verse. You know how long I haven't sung!" Would he return to his old job? He said, "Someone has to ask if I would be able to, but now I can randomly sing online. At my age though I probably shouldn't embarrassed myself." With all the jobs would he not have time to spend with his wife Shu Qi? Fung Tak Lun said, "She is busier than I am. She can't possibly stop. Because she is too busy, I have to look for work too. I have no reason to stay at home alone." Could he keep his wife company at work, and get her coffee? He joked, "I wouldn't need to, she already have many people helping her. I wouldn't even get to get her coffee."

Chau Sau Na looked obviously thinner. She said that she has not been as busy as before and she gained a little weight. Earlier when she worked on a series she worked over ten hours everyday. Recently with the less frequent film schedule she could be a little more lenient wit her diet. However she still could hide from exercising. She revealed that her film would shoot on location in Malaysia and probably would not need to quarantine. However she has been to Macau and Shenzhen for shoots and had quarantine experience. At the time she spent 21 days in quarantine. She felt that safety was the most important so she would be able to accept it.
