Raymond Lam Fung attended the opening ceremony of the fitness center yesterday. Performing concerts at the Hong Kong Coliseum in May next year, he did not shy away from saying that he has been busy with "extra training" recently. "The best part about here is being close to my home, I am here at least 3 or 4 days a week." He admitted that he was currently negotiating work in movies and TV dramas, he might not be able to be as diligent in fitness in the future. Thus he will "build up the foundation" first right now. He revealed that he would enter into an official retreat for rehearsal in March next year, he would know what the rundown would be like by then. He will at most book up to 5 to 6 shows.
Speaking of the opportunity for the "Four Sons of the Walled City" to make a Lunar New Year film, Lam Fung said, "I probably have other jobs so I won't be involved, but it's all a good thing." When asked why he did not make time to participate, Lam Fung said that the boss would be in charge of those questions. Actually over the years he rarely participated in Lunar New Year films. He only had opportunities to make movies in the past few years. As for another Lunar New Year film Patrick Kong (Yip Lim Sum) would direct, QUEEN OF MAHJONG (MA JEUK NUI WONG JUI NAM JAI) asked actors to dress up as TWILIGHT OF THE WARRIORS: WALLED IN (GAU LUNG SING JAI JI WAI SING) characters, like Bob Lam Sing Bun as Terrance Lau Chun Him's character "Shun Yat" and Benz Hui Siu Hung as Louis Koo Tin Lok's "Tornado", Lam Fung said that he had no idea, but immediately burst into laughter when he heard the names. "That's great, I really want to see it just from hearing about it. It's a good thing, usually only the work everyone notices would have a secondary creation (parody). I really want to see what Lam Sing Bun would look like."
