Joyce Cheng Yun Yi earlier promoted the Lunar New Year film I LOVE HONG KONG 2013 (2013 NGOR OI HK GUNG HEI FAT CHOI) in Malaysia with Eric Tsang Chi Wai, Michael Tse Tin Wa and Jerry Koo Ming Wa. She immediately performed the funny "wonton eating" scene from the film and received enthusiastic applause from fans. Joyce said about her first overseas promotion, "Brother Chi Wai took great care of us, the fans were very enthusiastic. Before the end a female fan rushed the stage for a photo with me."

Chan Yuen Wai said, "When I learned Sister Hing had a part I immediately visited the set. My artist training class graduation performance was an impersonation of her performance. This year will be the 10th anniversary of Leslie Cheung Kwok Wing's passing. Former manager Chan Suk Fun yesterday announced a series of memorial events. The memorial concerts will take place on March 31 and April 1 at the Hong Kong Coliseum, advanced tickets were almost sold out. She thanked Jacky Cheung Hok Yau for assisting with the concert rundown design, with no less than 10 artists to perform. However the performers are being confidential for now. Chan Suk Fun said, "A superstar who can singer called and said that he would be willing t do anything." Some guessed that the superstar was Tony Leung Chiu Wai.

Cheung Kwok Wing's partner Daffy Tong Hok Tak wrote and provided 3 life photos with Gor Gor for the memorial photo book and note book. Famous photographer Wing Shya (Ha Wing Hong) provided some previously unpublished photos to the photo book. Limited edition 12 inch figures, tee shirts, bags, pins and coffee cups will be released as well.

From March 28 to May 1 a memorial exhibit will be held at the Causeway Times Square. Gor Gor's awards and costumes will be on display. Fans from everywhere have started an origami crane blessing event for the Guinness World Record.

Michael Hui Koon Man will perform two additional comedy shows to raise fund for the charity organization Project Vision and even invite vision impaired guests to attend. Hui Koon Man yesterday attended the press conference and said that he would add human voice effects to attract vision impaired attendees. He also revealed that he had a cataract surgery and successfully corrected his vision. "Actually I don't have to wear glasses again, but my wife says I would be much uglier without them. She is afraid that others wouldn't recognize me, so I keep wearing glasses."

Hui Koon Man might discuss current affairs. "I feel the best part of last year's show was the Chief Executive debate, but I will just be funny. I won't hurt anyone, even if Chief Executive Leung Chun Ying and Henry Tang Ying Yen are in the audience I should have no problem."

Speaking of this year's Lunar New Year, Hui Koon Man only watched the Stephen Chow Sing Chi directed JOURNEY TO THE WEST (SAI YAU GONG MOR PIN). He praised Sing Yeh's outstanding direction. Bob Lam Sing Bun recently worked on the film HARDCORE COMEDY (CHUNG HAU MEI). Two nights ago he put on a tiny tank top, red skirt, knee high socks and a blond wig for a belly showing "angel" look. "HARDCORE COMEDY is a really hardcore movie! Everyone, I know you really want to kill me, thinking like this is very normal. Actually after I put on the costume and make up, when I look at the mirror I thought I might as well just die!"

Anthony Wong Chau Sun earlier started a word of wars with Show Luo (Law Chi Cheung)'s fans over his comment "I don't know who Law Chi Cheung is". Yesterday his film IP MAN THE FINAL FIGHT (IP MAN JUNG GIK YUT JIN) was announced as the opening film at the 37th Hong Kong International Film Festival press conference.
