[2012.12.04] JACKIE CHAN HAS A TOUGH TIME ON HIS NEW FILM

The Jackie Chan directed CZ12 had many highly difficult stunts that he personally performed. He said that he directed and starred in order to make a "Jackie Chan style" movie, a mix of action and comedy that is healthy, intense, exciting and suitable for the entire family. Among the numerous stunts, two gave Big Brother a hard time. In the first scene Jackie Chan's hand slipped from the railing, his palm and the metal railing rubbed up against each other violently. It was like a severe burn the took 26 takes. The other was Jackie Chan's 360 degree scissor kick in mid air. For this shot Jackie Chan's kneecaps were severely sprained, but after apply ice to the swollen area he returned to the shoot anew. He lived up to the Jackie Chan motto "No hospital means it's minor."
