Music genius Mark Lui Chung Tak earlier created the theme song and film score for the film GIRLS. Earlier he went to Beijing and promoted the film with leads Fiona Sit Hoi Kei, Ivy Chen, Yang Zishan and director Barbara Wong Chun Chun. Director Wong Chun Chun worked with Mark for the first time, praised him for his humor and on screen performance potential. She even planned to design a character for him in the sequel. Speaking of the theme song that Mark created, GETTING OLD TOGETHER, he said that the three girls' experience gave him creative inspiration. "I only did the score after watching the film.
