The Carina Lau Ka Ling, Tony Leung Ka Fai, Tse Kwan Ho starred play TONNOCHY last night performed the final show of its third run. Chow Yun Fat and his wife, Miriam Yeung Chin Wa and husband Real Ting Chi Ko, Sandra Ng Kwan Yu, Paula Tsui Siu Fung, Albert Yeung Sau Sing were among the guests. Ka Ling's husband Tony Leung Chiu Wai took advantage of the stir that Fat Gor's arrival caused, entered through a service entrance and successfully avoided the media. When Fat Gor and Fat Soh appeared, the audience rushed up. Fat Gor also greeted Lawrence Ng Kai Wa and the scene turned chaotic, Fat Gor and Fat Soh could not take another step further. They directly went inside without posing for media photos.
However the always friendly Fat Gor did a brief interview. Did he want to say anything to cheer on Ka Ling? Fat Gor said that he did not need to cheer her on at last night's final show; he said that he had to support Ka Ling for a year, so last night he had to attend.
Birthday girl Chin Wa and her husband spoke to the media. She said that she was still sick and asked everyone to keep their distance; she also said that she has always wanted to watch the play, but earlier she was busy with her movies and concerts she only had time to attend the final show and celebrate her birthday. During the interview Fat Gor and Fat Soh arrived and immediately caused a stir. She told reporters to cover Fat Gor and was very cooperative.
Kwan Yu claimed to learn from the show and said that earlier she did not have time to attend. She was interested in the stage but a play required a year of rehearsal. Thus she would have to consider it further. She said, "Lately I have been busy with the film 12 GOLDEN DUCKS (12 GUM NGAP)'s post production, so I came in a rush too." Was she interested in adapting her films to the stage? Kwan Yu admitted that she had such an idea, many people wanted to too; but she had to study it more since she was an outsider.
