Max Zhang Jin and Juju Chan Yuk Wan in the film INVINCIBLE DRAGON (GAU LUNG BUK BAI) had a fight scene inside a traveling light rail train, turning it upside down in the process. Director Fruit Chan Gor said that at first he consulted the light rail company whether he could use its train for the shoot, but due to space restriction in the end he decided to build a 1 to 1 scale light rail car.
Zhang Jin said that fighting inside a rolling light rail car was a great challenge to actors. Sometimes during the fight h would lose any sense of direction. "Angle, speed and continuity altogether with having to fight inside a narrow light rail car, I sometimes had no idea which way was up and which way was down. However the harder it is to make, the better the result is and the more exciting it looks." Working with Chan Yuk Wan for the first time, Zhang Jin praised her for her courage. She would not scream over minor injuries, bumps and bruises. Chan Yuk Wan said, "I had to jump over seats, or grab the poles in the middle to transfer energy to the fight. Some moves might even resemble pole dancing. Action director mixed kung fu with pole dancing spins. The shoot in comparison was highly difficult and caused bruises easily, but the result was very pretty and well worth the effort."
