The film I'M LIVIN' IT (MAK LO YUN) in the past few months visited many overseas film festivals and received many international film critics' recognition. Starting at the end of last month advanced screenings began, as good review and positive word of mouth kept coming. The film earlier held a celebrity screening at Causeway Bay. Industry friends like Lo Hoi Pang, Natalie Tong Sze Wing, Tony Hung Wing Sing, Patrick Tam Yiu Man, Miriam Yeung Chin Wa, Paulyn Sun Kai Kwan, Kathy Yuen (Tong Yi), Shiga Lin attended. The film company even released the Aaron Kwok Fu Sing performed film theme song GRAY STARDUST (FUI SIK SING CHUN)'s "nostalgia chapter", as photos that were rich in film senses were edited in a music video for everyone to savor the film's moving details.
After the screening, the venue applauded. Everyone said that that the film's story and actors' performance moved them. Their eyes were red from crying. Sing Sing said that I'M LIVIN' IT's script moved him very much. He hoped that the film would bring out the positive message, and make everyone understand that happiness was not a certainty and they have to cherish the present; Chin Wa said that the "McRefugees" in the film brought out the communication gap between people nowadays and made people think. Sister Paw said that she was happy to be able to play Sing Sing's Mama again, as mother and son they united to work on this film. Tat Ming said that he was happy to participate and joked that he hoped to be able to work on a musical with Sing Sing in the future.
