Jeffrey Ngai Chun Sun and the director and screenwriter Fung Chih Chiang (Fung Chi Keung) appeared at the book fair yesterday for the book signing of their new film WAKESURF LOVERS (LONG FA NAM NUI)'s complete chronicle. Jeffrey even posed on the spot wit his own topless swimwear photo from the book.

Jeffrey revealed that he had a part in the photo selection. He was very happy to be able to have a book signing at the book fair, and joked that he felt like he became a writer. When asked whether he would consider launching a personal book or photo collection, he said that he has thought about publishing an idiom or a golden quote collection. He joked that he was always eloquent as he hoped to bring everyone joy; as for a photo book, he felt that the movie would be enough for the audience. Because he already made a topless performance in the film, he joked that "the sweat" was definitely worthy of everyone's appreciation. He even mentioned that his tan was the darkest at that time. Even when he saw the movie, he couldn't help but go wow; because it was not simply bronze but actually copper black.

Jeffrey admitted that his current shape was no longer as good as then. "Beautiful things would stay in the movie". In reality he was still better off to be an ordinary person. He pointed out that when he shot ROAD TO VENDETTA (SAT SAU #4) in March and April last year, he was at his best shape. When he got up in the morning back then, he would only need to tighten his muscles a little he would already feel refreshed; although the chest muscles were not particularly exaggerated, the lines of the lower abdominal tendon were completely bursting -- a state that many men dreamed of. Looking back now he too felt that he were very fit. If the plot required a fully nude performance in the future, how would he feel about to have show his "quality asset"? Jeffrey said that no problem, as long as the plot required it he would not hesitate.

He was injured when he was filming the surfing scene. He believed in letting go of the past. Now he was healthy, as long as he enjoyed every minute and every second it was enough. However he must pay more attention to safety, ultimately he only had "one life to live". He has not been scared off water though, as he joked that he liked to drink water so he had no particular fear of water. He also thanked the team for being very considerate, permitting him to rest for a month after his injury before continuing to shoot the surf scene.

The film has been scheduled for an August release. Regarding the promotion strategy, he said the most important thing was to impress the audience with sincerity. He promised to thank the audience like crazy. Yesterday he deliberately put on the gold wire framed glasses to the scene. Later he might wear a diving google to thank the audience. Would he appear in swimwear to thank the audience? He joked that he could if the box office would reach HK$ 80 million. If the target would be met then he would appear in swimwear.

In terms of music, Jeffrey revealed that he has recorded four to five new songs, and has planned to release the album this year. He expected the release to be in the winter.
