[2012.03.08] NICK CHEUNG ENJOYS WORKING WITH SIMON YAM

The film NIGHTFALL (DAI JUI BO) held its Beijing premiere.  During the earlier promotional tour the two leads Nick Cheung Ka Fai and Simon Yam Tat Wa did not run into each other.  This time the two Best Actors finally did.  Cheung Ka Fai said that working with Yam Tat Wa was the most fun.  Because when they have worked together before, Yam always played his "boss".  This time he struck back as Yam Tat Wa kept taking a beating from him.  He was even able to take a knife and stab him.

At the event Cheung Ka Fai and Yam Tat Wa also shared facts that they did not dare to face.  Yam Tat Wa after playing in over 100 police films sometimes would be confused whether he was a cop.  Earlier he and his daughter saw on the street the NIGHTFALL poster, in which he pointed a gun at Cheung Ka Fai.  She asked whether he caught the thief because she always thought Papa was a cop.  He explained may times but she still did not understand.

Ka Fai over 10 years ago worked on a film in Thailand.  The director asked him to jump from 50 meters above.  He was very nervous, felt very dumb and did not dare to face it.  During the shoot, when his feet left the ground and he jumped down he felt that it was very enjoyable.
