The 2014 Miss Chinese International pageant took place last night. Miss Hong Kong Grace Chan Hoi Lam won as the favorite, the first Hong Kong representative to win since Sonija Kwok Sin Nei in 2000. At the moment of the announcement, Chan Hoi Lam emotionally covered his face as her eyes were filled with tears. First runner up was Vancouver's Cindy Zhong, second runner up was Montreal's Lucia Lorigiano (Wong Ting Lai). Singapore's Mandi Cheung Pui Man won Miss Congeniality.
