For the 2021 Christmas, Hollywood blockbuster SPIDER-MAN NO WAY HOME with HK$ 22 million was the Christmas box office champion. After 13 days in release, two days ago it almost reached HK$ 100 million in Hong Kong. Domestic film ANITA after 46 days broke the HK$ 60 million mark.

The Hong Kong Box Office Co. Ltd. summed up the Christmas 2021 (December 24th to 26th) box office revenue. Among the Christmas film releases, SPIDER-MAN NO WAY HOME made over HK$ 22.49 million for the top spot. As of December 27th after 13 days it made over HK$ 99.88 million and would pass 100 million soon. In second was also another Hollywood blockbuster, the Keanu Reeves starred THE MATRIX RESURRECTIONS. During Christmas it made over HK$ 7.05 million, after 6 days it made over HK$ 12.5 million and the performance was decent. In third with over HK$ 2.87 million was the Taiwan romance TILL WE MEET AGAIN, after 5 days it made over HK$ 4.99 million. After 46 days in release, ANITA two days ago made over HK$ 60.57 million. During Christmas it made over 940,000 and came in fourth. Based on the life of Princess Diana, SPENCER came in fifth with HK$ 440,000 during Christmas.
