The Juno Mak Chun Lung written, directed and produced movie SONS OF THE NEON NIGHT (FUNG LUM FOR SHAN) starred a strong lineup with Takeshi Kaneshiro (Gum Sing Mo), Sean Lau Ching Wan, Louis Koo Tin Lok (Goo Jai), Tony Leung Ka Fai, Richie Jen (Yam Yin Chai) and Gao Yuanyuan. In addition with more than 10 years from filming to release, the film was full of mystery and topics. On October 1st, the film opened to the highest admission number of Hong Kong films in a single day in 2025. As of Monday (13th), the box office exceeded HK$ 10 million. The film company released an easter egg the day before yesterday, revealing that Koo Tin Lok being attracted to Gao Yuanyuan and following her in top-secret clips that reminded many online of DON'T GO BREAKING MY HEART co-starring the two.
