Two nights ago the Hong Kong Film Director's Guild held its 25th anniversary party and its annual award presentation. Hong Kong directors gathered in support of the Guild, had fun together and did not separate between art and commerce. Always described as a master, Wong Kar Wai and commercial film mainstream style Wong Jing normally rarely ran into each other. Two nights ago they were both present and even took a photo together, proving directors had no differentiation as they all provided entertainment to viewers. Wong Jing even described this photo was a "photo of the century". Someone commented online, "Wong Jing and Wong Kar Wai co-exist in the Hong Kong film industry, just like in our heart both the elegant and the conventional co-exist."

Two nights ago Best Actors and Best Actresses also attended in droves. Anita Yuen Wing Yi even became the stamp collecting Best Actress and kept asking friends for photos together; two "women of Ip Man" Carina Lau Ka Ling and Zhang Ziyi had great chemistry, as they sat together, chatted and took photos.
