The film SHOCK WAVE 2 will open for Christmas. The film has its hare of action and gun fight scenes. Aside from Andy Lau Tak Wa, Sean Lau Ching Wan and Ni Ni, the cast also includes Ron Ng Cheuk Hei, Tse Kwan Ho, Kenny Wong Tak Bun, Philip Keung Ho Man, Timmy Hung Tin Ming and others. The cast went on location to the Hong Kong Airport Express station for an anti terrorism scene. The team used over 100 extras and rented over a dozen police and emergency vehicles. In uniform, long boots, helmet to play the Explosive Ordnance Disposal Bureau captain, Ron even had to run like mad on the streets of Central under 30 degrees (Celsius) heat and hurdle over barricades. In order to achieve the perfect result, Ron ran back and forth in front of the cameras a few times. Drenched in sweat he had no complaint at all.

Ron in the film played Lau Ching Wan's subordinate and had many scenes with him. He happily said, "In the previous film Brother Wa and I had many scenes together. This time I am with Brother Ching Wan. I already have collected all the idols I really want to work with. When I working with them, I would observe from the sidelines and pick up experience from them. It will be very helpful to my future development in film."
