Under the pandemic the performance was rather decent and put the cast and the crew at ease. Director Dante Lam Chiu Yin was the happiest about winning word of mouth, as the Mainland media praised the film as fast paced, the characters were shaped to have flesh and blood, lead actor Eddie Peng Yu-Yan's bathing scene and lead actress Xin Zhilei's breakdown performance were the most memorable.

Director Lam and Eddie currently are promoting in Wuhan. When the latter learned of the proud performance said in all the excitement in Cantonese, "I am very happy to have this performance, I hope everyone would strongly support it. The film took a long time to make and was very tough. I wish everyone good health this year. For this film to be able to open, it really isn't easy!" Director Lam pointed out that after the pandemic the film release was particularly meaningful to everyone. "The film is about the front line without any regard of their own lives in the rescue of others. I believe the audience this film has been able to sense how noble the front line personnel has been.
