The 83 year old veteran artist Yu Mo Lin due to a rare blood disorder and pulmonary fibrosis. Early last month she was hospitalized in the ICU. After the good news on Winter Solstice when her condition began to stabilize, when she was able to breathe and eat on her own and transferred from the ICU to the normal room, she got more good news on Christmas!
Yu Mo Lin's friend Tang Tat Chi said that he got a call from the doctor on Christmas Eve with more good news on Yu Mo Lin's condition. She would no longer require a catheter and switch to an oral medication. The incision was still required for suction, so she still was unable to speak; today she has already been transferred to another hospital for treatment and the environment would be improve.
